Repouring Babbitt Bearings

Any one know who can pour and line bore babbitts in the US? Bill Coleman in Maryland has passed away.

    Pls let everyone know the cost of pouring and machining the babbits, ready for fitting and line boring.

    In the 1950s you could buy an undersize set of the 3 main bearings for the 34 to 47 6cyl motors ready for fitting and line boring. You had up to approx 60 thou to remove to fit your crank. How do I know? I have been trying to sell a set here in Australia

    Talk to Russ Maas in Illinois. If his brother doesn't pour them he will know who does.
