Studebaker Powered Terraplane Rod
Being both a Hudson and Studebaker lover this engine swap is quite interesting! Looks like someone likes independents together!

Even though I am sure I will be branded a heretic (sp?), I like it.

I agree, nice looking truck. Those 'rat rodders' love Hudson parts. This Terraplane grill is one example. At the recent 'Back to the 50's' in St. Paul, a guy wanted to know where he could get a set of '49 Super Six tail lights liek mine for a rod he was building. Whatever gets the Hudson cars/parts/name 'out there', I'm all for it.

THAT is nice! That's the way a so-called "rat-rod" should look.0

I like the whole thing - Stude engine, TP grille, Ford cab (and bed & frame, I'd figure) and probably a Ford 9" rear, way cooll!0
