1953 and 1954 Hornet Club Coupes (Projects) For Sale
I have two project Coupes that I will be selling shortly. Realistically, there is no way that I am going to be getting to them. I've got a 52 Hornet Coupe up in Idaho that I want to ship down here and get it restored so I can use the room.
The first car forsale is a 54 Hornet Club Coupe. It is an original California Black plate car and has never had any rust ever. It has an almost perfect body. As far as I can tell, it has never been hit. It has the original number matching number engine it with dual range hydamatic. Needs some glass, various trim pieces, interior redone, etc. I'll get some pics in the next week or so. It is a really solid car. I can't take less than $2,700 for it.
I also have a 53 Hornet Club Coupe. It was going to be used as a parts car by the guy I bought it from but it was too nice for that. It too has an excellent body and frame. Both front floor panels are rusted and need to be replaced. There is an 308 engine and tranny for it (not in car) and has the seats. It is missing the front grill and dash assembly. It has all the exterior trim. I'd take $1,300 for it. I'll get some pics aswell.
Both cars are here in So Cal if anyone want to look at them. My e-mail is hetnptelcel@aol.com (drop the het first) my cell is (310)502-5335 Niels
