A Tool that is worth the $
I recently bought an air powered grease gun at Harbor Freight. I don't remember how much I paid, but it was cheap. This thing is great! I have used manual pump grease guns for 50 years. It allways
takes three hands. One to hold the greasy gun, another to pump the handle and the third to hold it on the fitting. This thing grips Zerk fitting so well, that it's dificult to remove! No more leakage so the waste is Nil AND it forced some grease in some fittings that I was unable to lube with the hand gun. So If you have compressed air in your shop.. Go getcha one!

If you can aford it the batt. operated one is alot better than dragging an air hose around the shop.

Dave,
On the one you bought, is the grease fitting on the end removable? Reason I ask is some of this junk I have around here has Alemite fittings, so I like to unscrew that Zerk squirter off the end and put on an Alemite one.

That is the one. Yes the business end is removable. I found that the flex hose was the only one that allowed me to get all the fittings on a stepdown.
