Please vote for my Hornet
Hi there,
My 1951 Hudson Hornet is nominated for Autoblog Reader Ride of the Week. Anybody can vote, and the competition is heated between my beloved Hornet and an Acura NSX. Please vote for my car by going to http://www.autoblog.com/2006/09/23/poll-rr-of-the-week/ . Thanks.
Sincerely,
Malcolm Fuller

I believe, LJ, that the voting goes on through to the end of the day tomorrow, and Autoblog reveals the winner on Monday.
The Hornet is 16 votes ahead! Thanks guys and gals.
And Alex, if you guys are still awake, would you please have Auntie Hester do her sun dance so we can get the Hornet to Shapleigh tomorrow? It'd be much appreciated.

The mighty Hornet is now up by 36. Doubt the Acura has enough of a "support group" to make up the gap. At least, he'll have that annoying little buzz from his coffee can exhaust pipe to keep him company. BTW, what the he!! is a Suzuki Cappuccino, and why would anyone want one, other than to cruise the drive-up window at Starbucks?0

Okay, another one for the Hornet, but its down 19.0

I wouldn't suggest anyone cheat, but clearing the cookies from your computer allows you to vote more than once on these blogs. That may account for the high vote count on some less desireable cars seen as "way cool" by geeks. Who knows?0
