headlight dimmer switch
Spoke to Randy at Fifth Ave auto Parts. He makes a excellent relay for the headlights. He claims that only 1-2 amps will travel through the dash switch. I would like to replace the dimmer switch with a new one . Does any one have a part# and a good source? Tim Chaney said Dave Kostansek did not have any more.

Buy-it-now for #19.95! It looks like a double relay too (high and low beam). Go for it!
If you miss that, you can use two single relays like the one shown on the right in the photo at this Ebay auction: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NOS-1940-1941-Hudson-6-Volt-Headlight-Relay_W0QQitemZ4637063639QQihZ002QQcategoryZ34207QQssPageNameZWD1VQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
But I think at $40 this is overpriced. They come up on Ebay every few days, and I think they sell for a lot less.0 -
I paid $12.50 for an NOS relay of the same type last week on ebay. Got a keep an eye on those things.0
