Worn carburetor idle cam

On the Carter WA-1 carburetor there is a "fast idle cam" that the idle speed adjusting screw rests on. Mine is worn and the steps are rounded off. Does anyone know if they can be filed down so they have a sharp edge again. Or, does anyone have one that I could buy?

I would think that filing would work. You'd just have to turn the idle speed screw down futher.0
