I have one NON-SMOKING room available (room # 327), VACATION LODGE, TWO BEDS (2), Oct 27 & 28, at $78.23 per room per day.



If you want this room, just call or Private Message me and make arrangements for you to contact VACATION LODGE, Kathy (1-800-468-1998), to make the refund. You need to mail me a check for $ 78.23 as this has already been deposited, and Kathy will transfer room # 327 into your name.



* Be sure to call Kathy first thing to see if it is still available before you mail a check!

    I have 2 e-mails from a James Coats who has commited to transfer this room via sending me the money and contacting Kathy, but I have not rec'd the money yet, nor has he contacted Kathy.



    Do any of you kind people know this James Coats?



    Guess this OFFER is on HOLD, legally, until James Coats sends the money.



    I just sent him a DEMAND e-mail with a deadline of October 6, 2006.



    I'll keep you posted.

    I apologize for the delay in response, I have been out of town on an emergency for the past two days.



    I have contacted Kathy and transferred the room into my name.



    I sent you a check for the $78 last Thursday, it should have been there by now. I will be back in town on Friday and if you have not received the payment by then, I will assume mail problems and send another.

    James Coats, I have not rec'd the check. It has been 12 days since you say you sent the check.



    This is my 4th NOTICE, counting e-mails to you at home, that you need to contact me by e-mail asap (immediately) and if the money is not in my receipt by Friday night, Midnight, October 6, 2006, you will have lost your option for the room and it shall be rented to someone else; patiently waiting.
