Windshield Chrome Trim Removal, 56 Hornet

I need to replace the windshield gasket on my 56 Hornet, and I do not know how to remove the chrome surround trim. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Steven

I believe the w/shield has to come out first, the trim strip has a 90 deg. lip on it that locks into a groove in the gasket.
