  • Bought a twin-H intake-exhaust manifold from this guy--Poorly packaged and exhaust broke when received. UPS picked up manifold . I have asked for a refund or a replacement intake manifold and exhaust manifold from a two barrellwould satisfy me. Nothing forthcoming.
  • Too bad someone messed with this car. Be worth alot more unmolested. Now he'll pay the price in resale... typical

I wonder if this car is a SWB car like a Pacemaker or Wasp? The tail lights are wrong for a Hornet. I think it is overpriced at $3500 for a engineless hunk.

That looks vaguely familiar - hasn't it been up for bid before??

Yes and I was puzzeled then as well as now. The front end and interior doors appear to be Hornet, but the rear quarters along with the tail lights (Super or Pacemaker) appear to be earlier. The back window is 52'sh.. Maybe it got rear ended once and earlier sheet metal installed? Not sure..Maybe they just put the smaller lights on to get rid of rusted original trim and lights.

I have seen so many decent cars go this route. Taken apart by someone that is clueless. I have rescued several Model A Fords only to just put them back together and resell to someone else. Anyone can take a car apart, but the ones that can and WILL put them back together are few.

Asked about the tail lights, he said it's a mild custom and "he should know it's a '52 Hornet." Walt
  • Lots of moola for what is being sold as a parts car.
