carb syncronizer

Is it possible to build your own carb synchronizer for the twin H, and does anyone out there have a plan or diagram for this apparatus?

And/or, some instructions how to use it?

For the time and effort its best to just look for a unisync and buy one of those to balance your carbs. They show up on ebay all the time. You place it on carb throat and adjust carb so indicator rises in tube. Do the same for both carbs and you should be close.
