Headlight ID Needed

Hello, I am new to the site and would like to know if I could get a little help identifying some headlights.

On top they say "Brown Stabilite Head Lamp"

They are about 10 3/4" overall in diameter

They have a built in visor on the trim ring

the lenses are 9 15/32" and are 10 7/32" overall and say made for Mazda No. 1110 and the part # is 1781

Any make and model info of the car these would have been on is greatly appreciated. I'm also looking for a spare lens if by chance someone has one.....Thanks.......Mike

My guess , with that curved lense, would be a 1933 Terraplane 8 headlight.

    Geoff.
  • T8 lense measures 9 15/32 x 10 7/32, has #1781 on rim also. Only other car that I know that used that lenses was 32 Nash model 1090 and that peaked shell looks like one of those, MAYBE
  • Thanks guys. Still looking for a 100 percent positive answer but I'm leaning towards the 32 Nash. All I need is a clear picture of one.....Thanks.....Mike

You could try searching the Nash club site. It has lots of pictures.

  • Well you already know that the lense fit a 33 T 8, and being that the only other car that used them was the 32 Nash, you don't have to lean to far. What are you going to use them on?
