Hi all,

Made it to Memphis in one piece - but it did take forever. Left Maine Tues morning at 10:30; arrived at my daughters around noon-time today (Friday). Trailer didn't tow worth spit over 55 - some roads could run about 57, 58, others 53-55. Like towing an elephant.

As soon as we get things sorted out - most of my stuff is in storage for the time being, will get it worked out when I get a place to live (staying with my daughter for the moment).

Everybody take care - any queries or questions drop me an email at HEThudsontech09@yahoo.com (Drop the HET)

Hudsonly,

Alex Burr

Twice as long with a trailer, BJ - last December, coming down, I made it to Winchester, VA, the first night (11 hours), Memphis the 2nd day (10 hours - love that 70 speed limit here in TN!!!!)

  • Welcome Alex. You should get a MidSouth news letter in a couple of days. Hope to see you at our meet next week. B.K.
  • Alex,
Have a Fried Balony Sandwich (with cheese) for me. I can't find a single restaurant in Vegas that serves them! I envy you - you're surrounded by great bar-be-que!
