Jim Moran 88 yrs, passed away Apr 24. His company, JM&A is a

$11.1 billion diversified automobile company. It is the 18th largest privatly held company in the US and in the top 100 Best

Companies to work for.

Mr. Moran began his career as a Hudson Dealer in Chicago. He was responsible for 5% of Hudson total sales! A pioneer in auto TV advertising his slogan was "Jim Moran the Courtesy Man". HMC valued his expertise and his sales imput.

In his company museum displayed were Hudson items.

In 2007 JM&A placed two page ads in the trade publication "Automotive News" featuring 1948 photos of the Hudson showroom , cars and Mr.Moran along with contemporary photos of Mr. Moran and JM&A headquarters.

    A legendary salesman. Imagine what might have happened had he joined Hudson instead of been one of their dealers! I'm sorry to hear he's gone.
