Apparently our administrator Ted, with the help of Rambo and his master, Dan, have devised a new 'twist', as follows: when you're reading through a long 'thread' with many posts, and get to the third or fourth page of messages on this thread, you need only hit the "back" arrow on your browser and you'll be returned to the first page of the thread.

Used to be, you had to hit the "back" arrow for each of the thread's pages, to get back to the first page.

(At least that's how it works on my Firefox browser!)

So, thank you Ted...and Dan...and Rambo!

  • The only problem I ever had with the older "function" was that it cycled the ad banner.

I figured it was a program flow used to help generate income for the web site to help keep it free.

On mine, hitting the "back" arrow STILL takes me back to the previous opened page, ie, from 4 to 3, etc.

Going to the top and clicking on Hudson on the left takes me back to the forum page list.

Some people are like a Dodge - different!!! hehehehe

    IE OR Firefox.

It works great - A single "back" takes me back to the main list from a specific thread.

    Thanks to all involved
