1938 Hudson Truck

A gentleman here in my home town showed me his 38 Hudson truck recently, good solid truck he's keeping in his barn. Wanted to sell it to me but I already have too many projects. Truck does not have a bed-cab only but again very solid and running, although needs restoring. These models common (not that any Hudson truck is common), relatively speaking?
