Nice looking ride. Suppose the mileage is legit? It's on e-Bay as well. Anyone have any dealings with this seller?

  • That's a beautiful looking car in the pics.
I can't wait to hear the complaints about the wrong engine color.
  • Yes, it is a nice looking car, complete with alternator and A/C. If the 5 digit odometer says 12,033, the car could have 112,000 miles or more on it. I've visited them years ago. BTW, this car is up for auction on ebay.
  • 312,033 miles......412,033 miles.....

or 12,033 miles since the restoration was completed.
  • I was just about to hit the BIN on this when I saw Royers post about the engine color and I said no way I am buying that LOL...looks like a nice car even though I hate resellers as a matter of principle.

OH, don't worry about the wrong motor color...how about the wrong radiator... it is an early stepdown rad. Or notice those really odd front fender rockets. I'd hate to see what else is wrong with it. In any-case, with all the work that has been done to the car, I would tend to doubt the stated mileage. Rally, who would totally restore a GOOD 12K mile car by putting a non-factory color on it, the wrong motor color, wrong hubcaps, the wrong interior, wrong radiator, etc...get the point?

You're not suggesting that the odometer was spun, are you? ;)

Even if a car is a ground up restoration, it is illegal in many states to roll the odometer back.
  • Still a pretty car, even without it matching stock originality. I saw those fender rockets somewhere... just can't remember where. Were they a factory accessory?
  • To me those fender rockets look like the hood ornament off of a 50 Pacemaker.
  • BOY SOME OF YOU GUYS ARE TOUGH, DO YOU REALIZE WHAT COST IT WOULD TAKE TO BRING THIS CAR UP TO ITS CURRENT CONDITIION WITH A I R ?????THE INTERIOR IS CORRECT EXCEPT FOR THE TWO TONE KICK PANEL, THEY WERE JUST RED, I HAVE OWNED THREE CARS LIKE THIS, AND LOVED THEM ALL. I AM PROUD TO BE A RESELLER, HAVE PUT OVER 600 HUDSONS ON THE ROAD AND MADE A LOT OF HAPPY OWNERS, i WOULD HIT THE BIN RIGHT NOW BUT JUST PURCHASED A 46 HUDSON TRUCK FOR 19k, THAT CRIMPED MY BUDGET FOR THIS MONTH, ILL BET IT IS SNAPPED UP BEFORE BIDDING ENDS, JUSDT MY TWO CENTS WORTH, BILL ALBRIGHT

I'm with you Bill. Notice the picture of the engine was taken with it running? I'm gonna call and inquire about this one. I hope it's not gone yet!
