'39 Hudson parking brake ratchet!

Has anyone got any information on replacing the Hudson parking brake ratchet's two spring wire components?

Does anyone supply/manufacture these?

    They're no longer manufactured but I have seen them countless times at Hudson flea markets. Give Bill Albright or Dave Kostansek a call, for starters. Then just go through the classifieds in the WTN and phone some of the 'regular' vendors.

    Thankyou so much. Yes, K-GAP have them but they are closed for a month. I will contact them later.

    I made new ones for the 49 out of a coat hanger. Price was right and they work great.
