From what you can see of the grill and the dash, it looks like it is a 41 convetible.
  • Tail lights are 41 also. It's a 41, which makes it even more rare! Does have a later 46-47 front bumper however.

It appears to have a running board on the left side too. Must be a '41

  • Yup the grill has 9 horizontal chrome bars which confirms the 41. I like it only needs everything.

That one's in "mint" condition compared to what Stig Ingvarsson started with on his '41 C8Cv!!!!! And a few other convertible restorers out there.

  • I Spoke To The Owner This Morning And Told Him It Was A 41 With A 52 Steering Wheel And Motor, As Well As Other Things, He Gave Me The Ser No. It Is A 41 Traveler, He Wants 6500, I Made Him An Offer Of About Half Of That, No Header Bow And One Side Arm Missing, Some Floor Rust, But I Could Do It If I Get It, Bill Albright

I have been trying to upload a photo of a 39 Series 92 118- inch wb Roadster that I recently picked up in Wyoming. It was modified (a British look) back in the 50/60's and I am starting a rebuild. So my question is: How do I get the upload to work?

Hey Brownie, I saw your car on page 33 of the Sept. '07 issue of Hot Rod Magazine. I am way envious. That is one cool ride! The picture in the mag makes it kinda look like it has a boat-tail. Please get those pictures posted soon, and feed us more info. The resurection of this car will inspire a lot of us.

The seller is now posting VIN of 4163700 which would make it a '40 Super Six, but the dash is not a '40.
