As Bill said the entire Vacation Lodge has been blocked (90 rooms) and I will post about alternate lodging soon. Last year we had people at about 4 different motels. I am trying to get everyone as close as possible to the Vacation Lodge if not actually in it, at a reasonable rate.
So far about 1/4 of the rooms are reserved.

We Went Last Year And Had A Blast
Lots Of Hudson
Lots Of Hudson Talk
We Had A Great Time And
Will Be Back This Year Too0 -
Just wanted to bump this back up to remind every one to get their reservations early. If you could not make the national meet, join us in Pigeon Forge Tn. for the HUDSONS in the HEARTLAND XVIII meet. Fri Oct 26-Sun Oct 28.
Should the host motel sell out, like it did last year, the Mountain Breeze Motel , 1/2 mile north of the Vacation Lodge, on the Parkway will again be an alternate motel, with reasonable rates. State you are with the Hudson Club. As always, there is an abundance of Hotel/Motels along the Parkway that you may choose from.
The Banquet will again be at the Golden Corral which is located within easy walking distance of the Vacation Lodge.
All of us in the Smoky Mountain and Mid-South Chapters look forward to seeing you there.

I need help finishing the wiring so I can get our 50 Pacemaker to the meet.
Any one in the Western Pennsylvania area willing to come visit and help me make sure I do not screw it up?0 -
Just booked my room - Got the last double Queen room at the Vacation Lodge. Anyone who's considering going better make your reservations soon.
I hope to drive the Pacemaker over, only about an hour drive for me

Just talked to Cathy at the Vacation Lodge...1-800-468-1998 (or 1-865-453-1998 in TN) She said they have a few smoking rooms left, and a couple of the upgrade rooms in the tower above the garage area. If you want they will do a super clean and try to eliminate the smoking odor but as we all know that is a hit or miss proposition...
If you need Non-smoking rooms, I recommend the Mountain Breeze Motel...1-888-453-2659....state that you are with the Hudson club or the HET Club. the Mountain Breeze is about a half mile North of the Vacation Lodge on the same side of the Parkway. It was used for overflow last year and I didn't hear of anyone being dissatisfied with the rooms.
Either way, check with the Vacation Lodge first. You never know when they might have a cancellation.
There are literally a hundred choices of which motel/hotel to use in Pigeon Forge and you are welcome to use whichever you want. The main thing is to be there. Join us for the fun and fellowship that the HUDSON Club is known for!
