Weren't the original wires Auto-lite or Packard 440 copper core with those names imprinted on them?0

Yup my service merchandisers show Autolite. Since OEM for Hudson is basically a black plug wire you can use any good quality 7mm black plug wire. I made mine from a set of Pertronix plugs wires you can get these at most auto parts stores. They sell a kit for making your own set.0

LI buy an 8 cyl set for mid 70s Chrysler and use the 6 that fit the have straight leads for plugs and dist. get them when on sale at your local auto parts store they are for the 360 V8 SDBILL ALBRIGHT, HAVE ENOUGH LEFT OVER AFTER 3 SETS TO DO ANOTHER CAR lol0

You mean to tell me that you don't sit in your shop and hand paint "Auto-lite" on your spark plug wires. I'm bummed.0 -
Well I never said that. I actually airbrush each wire for that truly authentic look. It takes the week but they look great and I only charge $700 a set to cover my labor the wires I throw in for free.0
