I got some off a '70's Ford LTD for my '39 Hudson. Exactly the same bolt pattern and all I had to do was flatten out the lip on one side which I first filed notches in[a few centimetres apart] to avoid taking the curve out when tapping the lip over. Paul.0 -
I agree with Bill, that's it's probably not necessary. I'm missing one on my car, and even though I eventually located another at a Hudson meet, I haven't put it on yet. I've driven over 20K miles in all terrain and roads over the last few years, and have never noticed that that bumper is missing.0

And using that reason, we could also remove the chrome bumpers if we're not really using them. What did those Hudson designers know anyway.LOL!0
