Full flow oil filter

Has anyone done this to their 262 or 308? I did this conversion on a Ford flathead V8 and it worked out well. I assume it could be done to the Hudson, I am just not sure where to tap in. We drilled into a main passage on the Ford then routed the oil into a universal aftermarket kit using a PH8A filter. Having invested the $$$$$$ into my soon to be 8X if you will, I thought it might be a good idea to do.
