I finished painting the body and doors so I thought I would post some pictures. I used Acrylic laquer, so I still need to color sand and rub out the finish. If you see any blemishes, be kind, this is my first total car paint job start to finish.

There was a discussion on tires sizes awhile back this side has the 225.75.15's

Right_side_1.jpg

This side has the 235.70r.15's Also these are junk tires, I used the Uncle Josh method of wide white walls. The same method as I used in the late 60's with my 52 Hornet.

Ditto here, looks awesome! The best part is that theres nothing finer than

being able to say I did it myself.

Very Nice Job on detailing your car. Keep up the good work. I wish I had your talent. Hope to see it finished at some cruise in since I reside near lake Erie.

Looks nice! Is that air cleaner stock or has it been modified? Never seen the oil bath hooked up to the other style air cleaner like that.

bent metal -- It's stock Hudson gave buyers the option of ordering an oil-bath type air cleaner or dry type.

Okay, I've seen the oil bath and the dry element type but never hooked together like that. Do you know when they did that? Is it step down only? This is new stuff for me,...interesting to me
