Let me guess - the skinny guy is you....................

The only thing I got against Larry is I took him to the Pittsburg National in 2004, more or less, and he went and won the Albright award!!!!!!! As I recall it was the first time he'd been to a National meet, but I could be wrong about that. hehehehehe

  • Ken, i'm in PA, and if you were in Hershey, the other day, you were close enough you could have stopped down, and helped me wire the OD in my hudson. I think that would be one for the photo album! Me and you are proportioned the same!

    Best from the Kid!!!!

    Have a safe vacation!

Hey, ask Jon B and Lew, there are worse things than having your picture taken with the kid!

Glad we finally met, Ken, and thanks for the tech info. Am making good progress on the 40 front end. Got those bushings out with a 3/4 drive and a 3 ft piece of pipe. Was nice to meet the rest of your family also. Well, here's a better pic of the 49 Albright Special.

  • I too stopped to see Uncle Josh early this August while on a motorcylce tour of NY. The short time I spent with him was very enjoyable and informative. He sure knows his Hudsons! He also gave me a route to take around the local lake which turned out to be the best motorcycle route of the trip. The other tip he gave me was to stop at Papa's Ice Cream Parlor. It is owned by Fred Gardner, who is a HET member. You couldn't miss his place, for he has his 1949 Super Six parked out front with a car hop tray on the driver's window. Thanks for a nice visit, Larry, and for the two fantastic tips.

Link to picture of Uncle Josh's 46 pickup and his home. Second is Uncle Josh and me. (I am the one that looks like the former Dick Royer!) The third is Papa's Ice Cream Parlor
