Over on e-bay at http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Hudson-WILLYS-part-300869_W0QQitemZ150158202217QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item150158202217 there is listed what appears to be a Drive-Master or Super-Matic (or maybe Vacumotive Drive?) control switch, new old stock. The starting price seems most reasonable. I could be wrong, but I do recall coming onto one of these in amongst a Hudson parts stash that I bought many years ago.

It's called the "Transmission Control Switch Assembly," part # 164413. The 1950 Hudson parts interchange book shows it applies to DriveMaster cars from '42-'47. That implies that the later (stepdown) DriveMaster cars used a different part.
  • that's what it is,I also have 2 I don't need and some wireing harness
