Which one(s) of our wonderful Hudson parts vendors sell freeze plugs for a 232 ci block?

The freeze plugs are all the same size 48-56 (6). Bring the old one to any parts store (or measure it if it's still in the engine) Very common size, and very easy to get. Get a brass one, not steel. Thats one part that's easy to get anywhere.
  • Thank you.

What is your favorite D-I-Y method of removing them?
  • punch thru with a chusel or punch and then use it to pry them out of the block. If you drop them in the block you can usually get them with a magnet.
  • Any decent machine shop that does engine work, should have the sizes you need.

All of the plugs are readily available EXCEPT the 1-13/16" convex plug at the back of the cam gallery. I've got those available, as well as a complete kit.

Thank you, Hudson308. I am only looking for the ones that go on the drivers side of the block. Please send a PM with contact and pricing information.
