Float in gas tank

Where can I get a float for my gas tank gauge? Seems to me I saw them advertised somewhere but creeping Alzheimer's has deleted that memory file? Does something from NAPA interchange?

Jim I Have And Sell The Whole Sending Unit With A New Arm And Float But Not The Float By Itself The One I Sell Is Good For E85 Or Pump Gas

This float is for a Ford but I think it fits Hudsons. Enter "Fuel Tank Sending Unit Float" in the Search Box at the top of the page. Then chick the "Search" button.

You can find new fuel gauge floats, both in original style brass, or solid poly material (eliminates that sinking feeling) at Dennis Carpenter Ford Parts.

Those part numbers indicate a part that was first used on 36 Fords, if that's any help.
