engine compartment

I have just started on my 34 terraplanes engine compartment and engine. I need some help on the colors. I am trying to keep it as close to original as possible. I know the block is silver and have been told de 1615 duplicolor high temp paint is it. I dont know what the other colors are for the other parts? manifold?water manifold?mounts?water pump? I think the starter and generator are black like any other. The splash sheilds under the motor are they flat black or semi gloss? How about the frame flat black or gloss? Most of the terraplanes i have seen have been rodded. Any help would be great!

    Here's my understanding. Others will contribute. Then, put 'em all together and average it out!



    Engine, intake & exhaust manifolds, water pump and water jacket, silver.

    Mounts, silver.

    Sod pans in my '37 were solid rust color, LOL! Frame, too!
