Who lives in the Sacramento, CA area?
We are interested in Classic Car owners who live in Northern California preferably in the Sacramento, CA area. We are starting a new feature and we are looking for participants that know about their cars and like to talk about them….even brag about them. Finished, Under Construction, or Fresh Finds all fit the mix. Any “American†make will qualify. Please drop me a note if you are interested, if not, let your friends know we are looking!!! Thanks. editor@classiccar.com

Hi There,
I live in South Lake Tahoe area very close to Sacramento. I have been restoring American vehicles since 1961. I sent you an e-mail and would be interesting in finding out what you are proposing.

Is Auburn close enough (Thirty miles)? Lots of nice Hudsons in the area, too.0

Hello:
Is Gardnerville NV. close enough? We have a few neat Hudsons over on this side of the mountains also.0 -
You can try Dennis Flint at (916) 332-1525. Has lots of Hudsons. Dennis is very involved with the local Towe Ford Museum also.0

I have to agree with Bill. As for the cake analogy, it must be a lemon cake.0 -
They would have gotten more reponses by asking "Who doesn't live in the Sacramento CA area?"0

I don't complain much, but have to agree. This has run it's course and appears to have a very limited audience. (But then, I'm not the administrator and don't have personal interest in it.)0

like it or not, it's a post by the admins, they have sticky privileges, and if they want it on top, not much you can do about it, except skip it. From cruising around tons of message boards, you see this all the time. I think it is unfair they limit their search to SF area.0

So, Classicar magazine is NOT willing to travel more than 50 miles or so to do an article on someones interesting car? You take up probably a day of your time, clean up your car, while they get paid and then sell the mag for a profit! Wouldn't you expect a major car magazine to have a little more flexibility or have some contributors in different areas of the country?0

The funny thing is, now we are keeping it at the top!0

Ok, it's after Thanksgiving - can somebody (admiin) close out this post, please. I mean, my posts don't sit front and center ALL the time.
