I used:
Ron Sargolini
Hamden Auto Interiors,
382 Morse Street
Hamden, CT 06517
Phone 203-562-7226
He been doing auto interiors for over 40 years. He was recommended by another Hudson club member. Not the cheapest but does excellent work.
Attached is a picture of his work on my '49 brougham0 -
Now that's what I call factory fresh. Very nice.0

Nice job Ron. I love the look of the dash on those early step downs... I am redoing my 52 stepdown. Anyone have a good lead on the original material for the 52 Hornets? Hampton coach is a long way off on the material, but very accurate on the brown fau leather.0

Try SMS, I believe they have a stripe that close to the 51 52's. I have the blue interior in my 52, did the faux leather from Hampton match the grain pattern? I have found a taupe that matches the window trim but the color of blue so far has not been found. To be honest I am aways from working on the interior and have not been searching aggressivey.0
