There's been a few more cars for sale added to Hudson collector in the last week or so, for those who may be interested.

A nice 1950 Commodore 8 sedan, a 1931 Greater 8 Rumbleseat Coupe, a really cool 1949 Hudson Street Rod with a 500 Caddy motor, etc.

  • Man the Commodore 8 has a lot of cracks in the paint or is that thin coat of bondo.

  • I have seen this 31 before I doubt he will get 20K for that car. Market seems soft on the 30's Hudsons.

  • Looks like a nicely equipped car. Face it, people wrinkle and cars crack...or is it the other way around? Obviously, this car will need a full repaint. The hood insulation and existance/placement of the under hood light are interesting. Picture #10 shows the exclusive Hudson tilt wheel. :D
  • i think the guy with the 31 is a member here.
  • I don't think 8K is terrible for that car. Figure a repaint, and proper surface prep, it has a lot of potential, that's why the paint is cracked, it looks like an ill attempt at prep, that's all, older repaint.

Looks like the street rod with the Caddy motor is "gone". Don't know if it sold or not, but it looked like a "goodie" from the small picture that was provided. I'd have liked to see some close-ups of the work done on that one.
