Here's a quick way to get into the exciting Hudson parts business! (Pickup load of stepdown parts, Hershey, Penn., starting at 50 bucks). During our struggling years on the dairy farm, my Dad was fond of saying, "I always wanted to farm in the worst way- and now, I think I am!"

  • Wasn't this on Ebay a couple months ago? I thought someone took a look at it.

Hey, I sent a message to the seller, to see if we could go look at it. You wanna take a run up on Saturday, to see it, if at all possible? It's close, might go cheap, and might be some good stuff there. Call me today at work, try after 4:00PM, X4312 (I got a meeting at 3:00 today....)

Don't recall this particular lot- there has been someone from Idaho with a much larger (but still unsorted) inventory, that's been on a couple of times. Don't know if anyone ever went and looked at it.

This lot looks familiar - from what I could tell by magnifying the pictures 800.00 for the lot would probably be a fair price.

Just off the top ~ I noted the TwinH intake/exhaust w/carbs, 1 TwinH air cleaner, 2 wire wheel hubcaps, possibly some continental kit sheet metal, and a fair amount some decent looking stainless trim

If I were close by and the major pieces where in reasonable shape - I'd be backing my truck and trailer up to the door with cash-in-hand.
  • He has been trying to sell this lot for some time now. Unfortunately, he wants a heck of a lot of money for the lot - way more than it's worth. I have seen it a couple of years ago.
  • well, if hudsondad is game, seems the seller has no problem arranging a viewing of the lot. I'll try to get the scoop on it, maybe take a better inventory, but I thought 800 seems high, for what I saw. maybe less than 400...

I "work" this weekend. You'll have to view it alone. Also bad weather in the forecast for tomorrow and Saturday. It looks picked thru and at $800 doesn't interest me. Maybe $250-300
