Anyone know what constitutes a good modern substitute for clutch oil?

    save yourself some problems, and get the proper stuff from the club store or Dr. Doug Wildrick. I find that Doug's stuff works better for me in my car, but can't tell you why. Either way, that's the best you can do for yourself. If you are in a jam, I think you can mix tranny fluid, and I think kerosene, in a bind. If you do a search on the forum, you can find a specific formula. Also, either Ken Cates site, will list the formula, and Doug's site is in my signature list.

    A.T.F.= Automatic Transmission Fluid. But I was able to buy Hudsonite from someone on this board with a credit card but can not remember who. Sure he will chime in. Good Luck, Ron

    Hey Denverslim..I brought up an old clutch fluid message up with the information if you like. Randy Mass is the person who sells it.
