Anyone know what constitutes a good modern substitute for clutch oil?

Thanks in advance...

  • save yourself some problems, and get the proper stuff from the club store or Dr. Doug Wildrick. I find that Doug's stuff works better for me in my car, but can't tell you why. Either way, that's the best you can do for yourself. If you are in a jam, I think you can mix tranny fluid, and I think kerosene, in a bind. If you do a search on the forum, you can find a specific formula. Also, either Ken Cates site, will list the formula, and Doug's site is in my signature list.

A.T.F.= Automatic Transmission Fluid. But I was able to buy Hudsonite from someone on this board with a credit card but can not remember who. Sure he will chime in. Good Luck, Ron
