Window crank knobs

Hi all, does anyone have a lead on where I can find replacement knobs for window cranks? I have the green ones with the matching escutsions, looking to go with the tan/ivory/brown to better go with my interior. I did a quick look on the K-gap site and did not see any.

I was looking for a long time for ivory ones. finally gave in and paid $250.00 on ebay for a NOS set of handles with knobs. that one hurt, but I got um!!

K-Gap does have the knobs and escutsions in Ivory.
