My phone service does not allow me to ring Dales phone, I'm from Australia and I used the 0011 1 international code to the US and Dales number 513 8216200. I noticed that there is no email address on his website. Can anyone help or is there another number for me to call on?

Cliff Minard, your name rings a bell.... were you with that group that visited Australia a few years back for that international tour that was organised by John Clement?

    Steve,

If you need anything special looked at I live close (Hamilton, north of Cincinnati) and can go there in person. I do need a couple of things myself that I was putting off until warmer weather but can go soon if needed.

  • Thanks Jim, I will let you know if I need you to look at something but so far so good.

Hi Steve---Yes I was & you have a good memory. As I recall, you have at least 2- 37 long wheelbase sedans. Mine is a model 76 Deluxe. Would love to get back to Australia & take that train trip across the outback, but the long flight sort of turns me off & besides my wife is not walking so well anymore. Hudsonly---Cliff Minard.
  • Oh so close Cliff, I was the one that travelled about with guys, remember the bus trip up far north of Sydney to Taree (about a 350km trip), I followed the bus in my red and white 55 Hornet. I also brought my car along to Len's house for the welcoming party just west of Sydney and again to the Australia day festivities in Sydney.

The 37 Hudson 8's belonged to Kevin Hickling in Taree (the bloke with the old speed boats & jet boat). Since that meet, Kev has sold his 37 Hudson Eight (standard wheel base) to a Crown Prince in Maylasia some where, he has since finished his 37 H8 LWB. Kev now owns other HET cars since that meet including 54 Super Wasp Hollywood Hardtop, 51 Pacemaker Conv, 49 Super 8 club coupe and a 49 Super Six sedan.

I do recall travelling in the bus to visit the old WW2 site on the North Head of Sydney Harbour.

It's good to hear from you again mate.

    Regards
