Stepdown door hinge pins?
I've got a bit of a saggy driver's door. The bottom hinge pin is worn out (I think) or the hinge itself has been rounded out over the years.
Has anyone replaced the pins in the door before? Should I try reaming the hinge holes out and putting in an oversized pin somehow? Or, are the pins usually the weak part?
Anyone been through this before?

I had one of my frozen 49 hinges drilled and reamed to standard size and used a grade 8 bolt from the hardware store for a pin.0

hudsoncustom,I have found using an old valve works real good. The O.E.pin has an oil groove made into it,which I make in my lathe,or you can improvise.Cut the head off with a die grinder and cut-off disc towards the top where it starts to mushroom out.Cut the desired length needed of the pin.You can also use a valve guide reamer to make the exact fit on the old holes in the hinge. This also recycles an old valve:)0
