HELP Lower Radiator mounts on 46

I am installing a 46 radiator in my46 truck, (It had a homemade mounted dodge radiator). What do the mounts at the bottom look like? The brackets I have, bolt to the frame and the slot end of these mounts end up the right distance apart to mount the radiator, but they are at an angle 15 - 20 degrees angle. The bottom of the radiator is horizontal... Is there a wedge shapped rubber mount? Do I have the brackets in wrong? or the wrong brackets? Is there a picture or drawing of these bottom mounts? any help would be appreciated.

    I can photograph my '46 truck for you tomorrow (Monday) AM to show the bottom mount area. I'll post pics for you then.

    I sent this to him with dimensions from my 40 eight.

    The 6 and 8 rad are different and mount different and in a different location. Best I remember the six rad. mounts in the holes where the front motor support of the 8 cyl engine mounts. The mounting bracket on the 6 rad. is flat and at the bottom. May be wrong as it has been a while since I have changed radiators.

    Yup, Dave has a 308 in there which is 2 inches shorter than the 254. The Splasher 6 is 8 1/2 inches shorter

    Sorry Daven, upon closer inspection, the radiator mounts in my truck are no longer in the stock location, they were relocated when the PO replaced the splasher with a 202 motor from a Jet.
