    I thought it was a BBC?I think this guy has another Hudson also-drag car.I think someone has spent a great deal of time making this!!!I like it!!

    That's quick! But taking the motor, and obvious rear end changes, and... would it not be more appropriate to call it a Hudson bodied drag car than a Hudson drag car? Walt-LA
  • The car still has Hudson frame rails in the rear and the body is all stock even the steel dash is still in it. The car has gone as fast as 10.02 @134mph. I hope to shoot a pass or 2 sat and try to post a link. You can check out the car and the progress of the 47 at the attached link, the 47 should eventually go sub 9.7 @ 140+mph. There are 5 pages of pic.s@

    FOr the life of me, I could not remember who had the car, but I knew the owners were floating around on the board. That's your dad's 49, right? I thought your 47 was going to be running soon. The best yet, would be to get that to do that kinda run hudson powered, you would have to be a genius, and that thing would have to weigh next to nothing. It sure is cool though to watch that car carry the front wheels for the first few feet.
