Give Vintage Vehicles, Inc a call. I have used these guys in the past on several jobs. They did great work and quoted a price up front, with no variance from the quote. In fact, it was cheaper one one job. Here is the link to their site and the info. I should note that they also did my 31 Packard srew on hub caps. They are a similar style to the Hudson/Essex of the same period. They were in very bad shape and now look like they did when the car was on the showroom floor new. They are located in Wisconsin.
