Promoting
I am in Chicago and have been a member for several years. Although I don't go to the meets I do attend a variety of shows and cruise nights. It seems to me that if we want to promote Hudsons and the club, the cars need to be seen by people other than those who own them. My 52 always draws attention. I have often wondered why I hardly ever see other Hudsons at these Chicago area events.
On the same note is any Chicago area Hudnut going on the Kruse Chicago event on May 31st?

They probably don't go to the shows and cruise nights for the same reason you don't go to the meets.....
The way to change that is to attend a few local meets, become friendly with the locals, and invite them along to a show or cruise that you're going to. Before you know it, there'll be tons of stepdowns there.0 -
Preach it! I take one of my Hudsons to every local multi-make show I can, as well as attending most of our Hudson/Mohawk meets and host a multi make show yearly where we field at least 10-12 Hudsons out of 40-45 cars. No registration fee, no judging, no trophies, no steenking music, and no hard feelings.
