  • Robert, if you have wheels and the spokes are bad there's a guy here in Indiana makeing some spokes for a friend . Pretty reasonable too. Have to have a sample to replicate them Bud

Robert, I don't know if you're in the Hudson club, but if not, you might want to consider joining. It's a great clearinghouse for information and parts, and you can get to tap into a network of other Hudson owners like yourself. Here's the webpage: http://www.hudsonclub.org/ . You get a subscription to the award-winning magazine The White Triangle News, and a roster showing all club members and their cars.

Two sources for the "older" Hudson parts are Dave Kostansek of Ohio and Carl Weber of Massachusetts. In addition you might want to seek out some other '27 owners to find out where they find their parts, or if there are any interchanges on some of the harder to find parts. Also, some members are reproducing certain scarce parts such as chromed castings, for the older cars.

Our clutch expert has been Doug Wildrick of Indiana, he may be able to help you with your cork clutch plate. Here's his website: http://vintageautorestoration.com/

Here is another message board for the older super six hudson owners you can check out for help. Also what part of the world you from ? this may help with folks that may be able to help you. Good luck, Ron
