True, but that beautiful Hudson will be driven on the wrong side of the road.0 -
I'll never understand how the nice clean lines of the '42 grille evolved into the '46 and '47 design. I'm not saying that I dislike the post-war cars because of this, I just think that the pre-war cars had more pleasing front end appearance.0

I'll tell you how.. Art Kibiger.... a Hudson designer described in Richard Langworth's book as sort of a hippie. He reworked the front end to freshen it up a bit. But the book credits his "tunnel grille"as the first "modern" post war grille because it had a black backing that highlighted the brightwork. Most owner's figure it's the place where foglights should go. haha
