36 H headlight bolts

The headlight has the mounting bolt built into the housing and the wire go through it. TThis mounts to a housing piece, then two bolts come up through the housing from below to attach to the fender. I will try to attach a picture of this.0

Thanks for the info and picture. The bolt with the wire coming out is the one I am missing. I have the housing. Jerry0

How about another view of the horn bracket please. There have been a few threads from people looking for horns & brackets. Thanks, Barry0

I am travelling right now, but after I get home on July 5, I will be happy to post some good pictures of the horn bracket that bolt to the headlight mount. These are only on the cars with exterior horns. The low priced models had the mount without hole for horn brackets as the horn was under the hood. The 36T PU had no exterior horns, nor did the '36T Deluxe, only the Custom model in the Terraplane. I am not sure which Hudson came with or without horns.0

Richard, My 36 P.U. headlight mounts had all the holes in them for the
exterior horns but it only had a single horn inside. I could not resist putting
on the exterior horns though.

Howard,
These were an option for your truck. I am suprised that you had the mounts with the holes in them. Most trucks that I have seen , which isn't very many, had no holes. Listen I am putting every accessory that I can find on my '36T, the more the merrier!!0 -
I put new long trippe lights on my 29..Had the short ones.0
