Port Orchard WA: 1946(?) Black Primered Hudson

I was pulling out of my driveway today when a black primered approx 1946 Hudson drove by.
Traffic didn't allow me to catch up and try to find out who it was...any ideas?

Was that a pickup? If it was that was Steve Welzbacker of Seabeck. Or possibly Del Hanvold <sp?> a former NW chapter member. Lou Cote0

It was a 4 door sedan, the rear window had 2 vertical chrome strips, chrome spoke wheels...0

Thinking back on it I think Riggs has silver fenders instead of white. He could have painted them black, but I doubt it, he'd driven it like that for years and it's been several years since I've seen it.0
