Az. stash of coupes

Remember the craigslist of Hudsons at a junkyard in Flagstaff, Az.? Al S. bought the lot - just talked to him a few minutes ago & he thanked me profusely for turning him on to them (he's not online).

Anyway, in addition to the 4 stepdown coupes (I think one a brougham), he got a 20' container of parts & all the sheetmetal for coupes only! He said everything, inc. the cars, is in very good restorable condition.

One big surprise is probably one of the very rarest stepdowns, far rarer than a convertible or Hollywood, a '52 C6 coupe!

    Perhaps you can get a new stepdown!! You need one. I am trying to sell the '54 H sedan, which I will someday regret, but I just don't have the space and/or energy to tackle another project at the moment.

    Steve Blake has a 52 C6 Coupe as does Earl Huffman from Bellevue Ne. Earl's car was formerly owned by Lauren Hansen.

    Glad someone good in the club got that lot. I think a local member has a C6 Coupe but I forgot if it was '51 or '52

    R. E. - if I was interesting in getting a stepdown I'd probably go after the '49 S6 cp. here locally which has been in eBay several times, as that is what I drove to college for a few years & was my 1st Hudson.

    Finally heard something from Buzz, gotta e-mail him back.
