Hi people just another update on the 35 terraplane convertible, i now have the missing rear body section back home! yep haven't seen it for over 25 years, it's been around and i would think it has some tales to tell. So who is the 34/35 guru. I do need parts but i have to evaluate what i have first. Does anyone own a 35 convertible who can send me some pics and maybe advice. Will be posting pics tommorrow for anyone interested.

    Take a look at the 2008 National Post... there is a 35 Hudson Convertible picture there. If I am correct that car is a Weber vehicle. Others chime in and get Lester connected ...

    cheers for that Ken i presume it's a coachbuilt body rather than a Hudson body. Took some pics today so peeps can have a look! It's a bit grim but nothing i can't fix i have done them worse than this one.

    34ese I Now Have A 34 116 Wb Hudson 8 Sedan That I Took To The National Meet What Parts Are You Looking For

    Thanks guys appreciate your help, the big missing part now is a top frame but i think that is the last of my worries. Can anyone help as regards putting my pics up as i'm not that clued up with IT. I'm sure you guys would be interested in this project.

    Here's a copy of Dave Solon's instruction from some time ago.:):)

    Here's how to post photos if you don't have a Website to store them on:

    1. Save your photo as a jpeg. at 72 dpi, about 4 x 6" in size. save it somewhere where you can easily find it, like your desktop.

    2. Click on "New Thread" on this site.

    3. When your ClassicCar posting box appears, scroll down to "Manage Attachments." Click on "Manage Attachements."

    4. A new dialog box appears. The top option is "Upload file from your computer." Click on "Browse" and find the photo you saved.

    5. Click on "Upload" to the right of the "browse" window.

    6. Wait until the name of your photo appears in red above the words "Attachment key" If your photo is too large, the system will tell you.

    7. Close the "Manage Attachments" box. The name of your photo will appear in red in the "Attach Files" space below your ClassicCar posting box.

    8. Type your message. You can click "Preview Post" to see your photo and message.

    9. Post your message and photo

    Biggles,

    I assume you're using XP on your machine. Go to here http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/Downloads/powertoys/Xppowertoys.mspx

    and download the Image Resizer add in. Once you've installed it you will be able to right click on your picture and see a tab called Resize Picture. Click on this and it will give you 3 options - selection medium as a starter. Once you've resized your picture then use the instructions above to upload it.

    Failing that email them to me and I'll do it for you!

    Pictures of the body for Lester's car attached - I've seen worse than this before now put back together!

    Not sure if this helps but this is a 1935 Hudson 8cyl Roadster,
