Help with '36 Distributor?

Hey guys.

I'm in need of a new or rebuilt distributor for my 36 Terraplane. A month ago I quit running and had to get a tow home. After checking, the only problem was a broken rotor in my distributor. Well, I replaced it with a new one and after starting her up today, it ran a few seconds and stopped. You guessed it--another broken rotor.

This time I pulled the dizzy and when I turned it upside-down lots of little pieces of HARD plastic (rotor pieces) came out. So I dissassembled the dizzy and found broken springs, little pieces of steel, etc.

Anybody know where I could get one? I guess my old one is rebuildable or would work as a core, but I'm wanting to get back on the road ASAP. Got a tour to go on, and not much time to get ready.

Talk about puttin' off work!

Thanks, Denverslim
