Has anyone heard how Hannah Welzbacker the driver of the Twin-H Power Soap Box Derby Race Team did at the races in Akron Ohio? This race was for the World Championship held July 26. Hannah is a very young HET member.

    This was announced at the National Meet. She won her first heat but I think she came in second on the second one. Here's the webpage with the results, she's about 9th down from the top (I'm not sure what her standing is, among the whole field)

    I met Hannah at one of our Northwest chapter meets- What a neat kid! Boundless energy and enthusiasm, just like her dad. She goes beyond the "glass half full" analogy- for her, the glass is clear full. Reminds me of my little sister, when she was about 5 years old, and was about to embark on some little "project"- she rubbed her hands together, and said, "This is gonna be weally gweat!"
