Fender Cover in photo

Can someone point me to the photo from late June/early July that showed a fender cover (on a back seat).

    Agreed but I am unable to find any other photo of the fender protector.

    I understand that the difference is Gold or Silver printing on the black cover.

    Thanks Dave, Walt informed me of the same thing. I have downloaded the order form. It would be nice if I could write to Adobe files as I could fill out the order form and print it from my computer. Oh well, I'll print it out and actually fill in the blanks manually, I hope I can remember how to use a pencil or pen. Which one is it that uses ink? It's been so long since I've had to do something for myself.
